Forward is a business accelerator for Black and Latino entrepreneurs by Square.

Participants gained access to a one-month program hosted by mentors like Dwayne Wade, Rosario Dawson, Ayesha Curry, Troy Millings, and Rashad Bilal. The curriculum covered critical topics like leadership, customer development, scaling operations, and scenario planning with a focus on outcome over optics.

In addition, 25 awardees received $20,000 after completion of the program. At the end of the program participates gathered for the Forward Forum to celebrate the program and network with their community in Miami.
